This DESSERT SALSA is a fruit lover’s dream come true!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup strawberries, finely diced
• ½ cup raspberries, chopped
• ½ cup Cool Whip
• 8 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
Directions:
1. Finely dice the strawberries and roughly chop the raspberries. In a small bowl, gently mix the fruit with the Cool Whip until combined.
2. In a separate bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate over low heat or in short microwave bursts, making sure it doesn’t exceed 90°F to keep it smooth and glossy.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using the back of a spoon, spread the melted chocolate into small chip-sized rounds or abstract shapes.
4. Place the chocolate “chips” in the fridge or freezer until fully set and firm.
5. Serve the chilled chocolate chips alongside the fruit salsa for dipping, scooping, and snacking. Enjoy!
