Creamy Masala Broccoli with Herb Rice

Ingredients:
Creamy & Masala Broccoli:
– 1 TBSP Garlic
– 1 Onion
– 10-12 Broccoli Florets
– Spice Mix
(Salt to taste, 1 TSP Pepper, A pinch of Turmeric, 1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder, 1 TBSP Jeera Powder)
– 1 Cube Grated Cheese
– 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
– Water if needed as per consistency
– Mixed Herbs & Chilli Flakes for seasonings
– Coriander for garnish
Herb Rice:
– 1 TSP Oil
– 12 – 15 Cloves Of Garlic
– 1- 2 TBSP Fresh Coriander
– Salt to Taste
– 1/2 TSP Pepper
– 1 TSP Chilli Flakes
– 1 Bowl Cooked Basmati Rice
Process:
– Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic, onion, Blanched broccoli
To blanch the broccoli: Soak the broccoli florets in hot water for 2-3 mins, remove and wash with room temperature water
– Add spices as mentioned, followed by cheese, fresh Cream and water if required, garnish with coriander
– Serve with Herb Rice
