Ingredients
Cookies
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup bone broth unsalted
- 3 Tbsp. almond butter natural
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot starch
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1-2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. beet powder
- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
Filling
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. arrowroot starch
- 1/2 Tbsp. honey
Instructions
Filling

Combine all ingredients into small bowl until smooth.

Refrigerate until needed.
Cookies

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or non-stick baking mat.

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and rest for 5 minutes.

Roll dough out into 1/4-in. thickness.

Using cookie cutter, cut shapes and place on lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they look dry. For softer treats, bake for less time.

Transfer onto wire rack and let cool completely.

Once cooled, make sandwiches with yogurt filling.
