Pan-Fried Fish for Lunar New Year | EASY & FLAVORFUL

Ingredients:
1 basa fish fillet
All-purpose flour
Avocado oil or vegetable oil
Chinese BBQ seasoning mix:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix all the Chinese BBQ seasoning ingredients until well combined.
2. Season the fish evenly on both sides, then lightly coat with flour.
3. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Once hot, add the fish and pan-fry for about 2 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
4. Flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes, until fully cooked and lightly crisped.
5. Serve hot with extra Chinese BBQ seasoning on the side.
