2. Enjoy the Champagne Superstar Brunch at Firangi Superstar

Modern Indian restaurant Firangi Superstar has recently introduced a fresh take on Saturday brunches – the Champagne Superstar Brunch. It is a generous spread of modern Indian dishes paired with free-flow Champagne, cocktails and wines.
Diners will begin their meal with an ‘Out of the Box’ starter kit, containing 8 specially curated bite-sized starters, such as Caviar Puri, Truffle Puri and Sesame Muruku with salmon mousse. Their Avocado Kulcha is one of the highlights and features egg jam and biryani-spiced bacon on soft leavened flatbread.
After the starters, guests can then choose a hearty main from choices ranging from Prata Waffle with Madras fried chicken to Steak & Eggs with grass-fed striploin and masala scrambled eggs. Those who prefer a taste of the seas can also opt for Fish & Chips with Amritsari cod and gunpowder fries.
Finally, a dessert buffet provides a sweet ending, with treats such as Strawberry Shortcake, Cinnamon-Ginger Cookie and Bru Coffee Cannoli. The Champagne Superstar Brunch is priced at S$68++ per pax for food only, with add-ons available for free-flow drinks.

6. Visit Gardens by the Bay for more CNY vibes

Want more CNY buzz? Gardens by the Bay will be a great place to visit this month, as it will be like a cluster of Chinese New Year-themed activities and events. Firstly, Flower Dome is now hosting Spring Blossoms daily until 1 Mar. Over there, springtime blooms, horse decorations and Chinese-inspired structures come together for a calm, festive experience.
Secondly, River Hongbao is returning to Supertree Grove from 15 to 24 Feb. If gigantic lantern displays, multicultural performances and delicious street food are more your jam, this is for you. This event is also great for families because there are amusement rides and activity booths for all ages.

9. Explore the new Lentor Modern

Did you know? There is a new mall on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Lentor Modern is an unassuming one-floor mall with an extended “basement” section. But don’t be fooled by its exterior; it actually houses more than 20 lifestyle stores and close to 25 food & beverage options.
Familiar names like A Hot Hideout, Tim Hortons and CHAGEE are just some of the brands you will find here. Aaron and I recently dropped by to explore this mall and had interesting findings. Taste on Track: Japan Rail Fair 2026 is a 3-day event that invites visitors for a journey through Japan, without even taking a flight. Happening from 6 to 8 Feb at Urban Park @ Guoco Tower, enthusiasts can drop by for some Japanese flavours, travel ideas and must-try products.
But beyond just a food fair, the 20 booths at the event venue also include travel specialists who can help you plan your next trip to Japan. If you are curious to get a taste of what locations like Yamagata City and Kanagawa are like, you can get it here, too.
