Ingredients for making homemade traditional Kimchi (Napa Cabbage Kimchi):
– 1-2 Heads Of Napa Cabbage (Get Enough For 6lbs Worth = Yield 3 Liters)
– 4 Tbsp Salt (Per Head Of Cabbage)
– 1-1.5 Carrots
– 1/2 Onion
– 4 Stalks Green Onion
– 2/3 Cup Pureed Garlic
– 1tsp Ginger
– 1/2 Tsp Beef Dashida (Beef Boullion, Msg)
– 1 Cup Red Pepper Flakes (I Use A Brand By Wang Korea)
– 3tsp Sugar
– 2 Tsp Salted Shrimp Sauce
– 1/2 Cup (Anchovy) Fish Sauce (I Use A Korean Brand By Assi)
