Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt optional

Instructions

  • Line small baking sheet or dish with parchment paper. Split dates open lengthwise and press them flat, sticky-side up, into an even layer to form a “crust.”
  • Gently warm peanut butter if needed, then spread evenly over the flattened dates.’
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts over peanut butter layer, pressing lightly so they stick.
  • Melt dark chocolate and drizzle or spread over top. Finish with pinch of flaky sea salt.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until set. Break or slice into bark-style pieces and enjoy.
