Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Medjool dates pitted
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
- Pinch of flaky sea salt optional
Instructions

Line small baking sheet or dish with parchment paper. Split dates open lengthwise and press them flat, sticky-side up, into an even layer to form a “crust.”

Gently warm peanut butter if needed, then spread evenly over the flattened dates.’

Sprinkle chopped peanuts over peanut butter layer, pressing lightly so they stick.

Melt dark chocolate and drizzle or spread over top. Finish with pinch of flaky sea salt.

Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until set. Break or slice into bark-style pieces and enjoy.
