Ingredients
- 2 cooked turkey breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Kosher salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in center. Place an oven-safe wire rack over a baking sheet.

Slice turkey breast into 1-inch-thick strips.

In shallow bowl, combine flour with pinch of salt. In separate shallow bowl, whisk egg with pinch of salt. In third shallow bowl, combine panko and Parmesan.

Dip each piece of turkey first in flour, then egg, then panko/Parm, turning to coat fully on all sides. Place breaded turkey on prepared rack.

Bake the tenders until they’re crisp and golden, 10 to 15 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through.
