How to make perfect Ragi Chilla
.
If you want to lessen the amount of carbs in your diet, I would say “SWITCH TO MILLETS”, like I did. Today, I am sharing Ragi Chilla recipe. You can make different millet Chilla using same quantities of flours but replace the ragi flour with any other millet here.

Ingredients
50 gm Ragi Flour
10 gm Besan
Pinch of salt
1/2 cuo water, add in batches

Method :
1. Mix all above mentioned ingredients in a bowl and make a batter. Sieve Besan to get lump free batter.
2. Keep AMA good quality non-stick pan on a high flame and let it get hot. Turn the stove and pour the batter, spread very gently with the help of spoon. Turn on the stove on medium flame and let chilla gets cooked.
3. When the top layer gets dry, that means chilla is ready to flip. Use a spatula and flip chilla gently. Cook from other side, apply some Desi ghee and serve it hot in place of roti.
