  • 1 pkg. Simply Delish Natural Sugar-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1-1/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk oat, soy, almond or coconut
  • 1 pkg. Miracle Rice Organic Plant-Based Rice-Style Konjac
  • Cinnamon for topping, optional

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl, use whisk to beat together vanilla pudding mix and non-dairy milk. Whisk 3-5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes then fold in drained Miracle Rice.
  • Serve immediately, topped with ground cinnamon, or refrigerate in airtight container.
