Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

- 2-1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. cream cheese room temp
- 4 Tbsp. butter room temp
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup salted caramel
Instructions

Brown butter and let it cool slightly.

Whisk together cooled butter and sugars until smooth.

Mix in pumpkin, egg yolks, and vanilla until fully combined.

Fold in dry ingredients until just incorporated.

Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes.
