Ingredients
Pancakes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
Cinnamon swirl
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Cream cheese frosting
- 2 oz. cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp. butter softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Instructions

Whisk together all pancake ingredients until combined.

In small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Transfer to squeeze bottle.

In another small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth. Set aside.

Heat nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour pancake batter (about 1/4 cup per pancake).

Once bubbles form, swirl cinnamon mixture on top in spiral. Flip and cook through.

Serve warm with cream cheese frosting drizzled and cinnamon sprinkled on top.
