Ingredients

Pancakes

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg

Cinnamon swirl

  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Cream cheese frosting

  • 2 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tbsp. butter softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  • Whisk together all pancake ingredients until combined.
  • In small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Transfer to squeeze bottle.
  • In another small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth. Set aside.
  • Heat nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour pancake batter (about 1/4 cup per pancake).
  • Once bubbles form, swirl cinnamon mixture on top in spiral. Flip and cook through.
  • Serve warm with cream cheese frosting drizzled and cinnamon sprinkled on top.
