Ingredients

  • 4 whole corn cobs husks removed
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. za’atar
  • 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 3/4 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Using a large, sharp knife cut ends off corn cobs so they’re flat.
  • Standing each corn cob up on one end, carefully cut them in into quarters lengthwise.
  • Add quartered corn cobs to large bowl and coat with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Season with garlic powder, za’atar, smoked paprika and fine sea salt. Make sure to toss corn as you season to ensure they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange seasoned corn cobs in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry on high (approximately 375 degrees) 10-12 minutes.
  • While corn is cooking, melt unsalted butter in small pan. Add garlic and simmer 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove corn ribs from air fryer and place in large bowl. Pour garlic butter over corn and toss to coat.
  • Arrange on serving tray and garnish with parsley.
