Ingredients
- 1 cup tapioca pearls
- 5 cups water
- 2 cups oat milk
- 8 black tea bags
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- Ice for serving
Instructions

Bring 2 cups of water to boil.

Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.

Strain and let tea cool to room temperature. Chill in ridge if desired.

In saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to boil.

Add boba pearls and cook for 5–7 minutes, or as directed on package, stirring occasionally.

Once they float and become soft, drain and transfer to bowl.

While still warm, mix boba with brown sugar.

Let it sit for few minutes to absorb sweetness and coat boba.

Divide sweetened boba between 4 glasses.

Add handful of ice.

Pour in 1/2 cup of cooled tea and 1/2 cup of oat milk into each glass.

Stir well and serve with wide boba straws.
