CHICKEN POT PIE FOR 2
2T butter
1 small onion, grated or diced
1 medium carrot, grated or diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 to 2 T flour
1c chicken stock
1/4c heavy cream
pinch of ground sage
pinch of dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
6oz cooked shredded chicken
1/8c frozen peas
LASAGNA FOR TWO
2c meat sauce (or plain pasta sauce for vegetarian lasagna)
1/2c cottage cheese
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2T dried parsley
1t garlic salt
Pepper to taste
1 to 1.5c shredded mozzarella cheese
3 lasagna noodles
