👩🍳 Frequently asked questions
When cooking pork in an Instant Pot, it’s important not to let all the pressure out immediately. If you do, the meat might come out tough. Instead, you should let the pressure release slowly, which will help keep the pork tender.
Cooking meat slowly helps it stay tender and juicy. On the other hand, cooking meat quickly in a pressure cooker might make it a little less tender, but it’s still a great option.
Make sure to add at least one cup of water or broth to the Instant Pot. You can also put a metal trivet in the pot and place the pork on top of it, or you can just put the pork directly in the liquid. Either way, the pork will be flavorful and delicious.
