Ingredients
- 1 12-inch pizza crust homemade or packaged
- 1-1/3 cups grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
Grilled vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Frontier Co-op Organic Garlic Powder
- 1 small green pepper sliced
- 8 grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 small eggplant sliced in rounds and then halved
- 1/2 small red onion cut in small wedges
Balsamic tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Frontier Co-op Sweet Basil
- 1/2 tsp. Frontier Co-op Organic Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Frontier Co-op Organic Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. Frontier Co-op Marjoram
Instructions

Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.

Place prepped vegetables on grilling mat or equivalent.

In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce and garlic powder. Brush mixture on vegetables. On grill over medium flame, cook vegetables until browned and tender.

In bowl, combine tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, basil, oregano, rosemary and marjoram. Spread sauce on prepared pizza crust. Top with grilled vegetables followed by cheese.

Bake 15-18 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
