Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Line a quarter sheet pan or small baking dish with parchment paper. Spread yogurt into a thin even layer on top of parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle goji berries over yogurt and top with fresh blueberries.
  • Place baking sheet or dish in freezer for a minimum of three hours to allow yogurt to freeze.
  • Once bark is frozen, use a sharp knife to carefully slice it into smaller pieces.
  • Store frozen yogurt bark pieces in airtight container with parchment paper between each layer of bark in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • If using unsweetened or plain yogurt, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey to sweeten.
  • Can substitute with dairy-free or vegan yogurt if needed.
