Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Line a quarter sheet pan or small baking dish with parchment paper. Spread yogurt into a thin even layer on top of parchment paper.

Sprinkle goji berries over yogurt and top with fresh blueberries.

Place baking sheet or dish in freezer for a minimum of three hours to allow yogurt to freeze.

Once bark is frozen, use a sharp knife to carefully slice it into smaller pieces.

Store frozen yogurt bark pieces in airtight container with parchment paper between each layer of bark in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- If using unsweetened or plain yogurt, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey to sweeten.
- Can substitute with dairy-free or vegan yogurt if needed.
