Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cranberries
  • 1 cup dry organic oats
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil melted
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2-1/2 tsp. cinnamon divided
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In bowl, mix together cranberries, maple syrup, vanilla, 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Scoop mixture into 6×6-inch, or similar, baking dish.
  • In bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, coconut oil, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sea salt; spoon mixture evenly on top of cranberry mixture, patting down slightly.
  • Bake 45 minutes.
