Ingredients
- 12 oz. cranberries
- 1 cup dry organic oats
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-1/2 tsp. cinnamon divided
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- Pinch sea salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In bowl, mix together cranberries, maple syrup, vanilla, 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and nutmeg.

Scoop mixture into 6×6-inch, or similar, baking dish.

In bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, coconut oil, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sea salt; spoon mixture evenly on top of cranberry mixture, patting down slightly.
