Ingredients
- 1 large hatch green chile minced
- 3 slices bacon cooked
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. ginger minced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 3 green onions white tips and greens sliced
- 2 cups white rice cooked
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. msg optional
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions

Heat wok or large skillet on high heat with oil.

Add hatch chile and cook for 2 minutes. Add ginger, garlic and whites of green onion. Sauté for 1 minute.

Add rice, salt, soy sauce, msg, sesame oil and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
