Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chopped or sliced red onion
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • ½ cup Greek feta cheese

Dressing

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Frontier Co-Op Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Frontier Co-Op Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Frontier Co-Op Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In large bowl, combine beans, onions, tomatoes, dill and feta cheese.
  • In small now, whisk together all dressing ingredients until emulsified.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
