Another very value-for-money option, Shabu Sai presents plate after plate of quality cuts of meat from all over the world, to be dunked in their delicious shabu shabu soups.

A regular buffet meal at Shabu Sai comes in at S$18.99++ on weekdays or S$22.99++ on weekends for lunch, and S$25.99++ from Mondays to Thursdays and S$27.99++ from Fridays to Sundays for dinner.

Shabu Sai is definitely the place to head to if you’re basically a carnivore. Besides all the meats, you’ll find plenty of vegetables available as well. Free-flow of soft drinks and ice cream are also available at the desserts bar for an additional S$2.50++.

The downside is that there is a time limit of 70 minutes for lunch, and 90 minutes for dinner.

From 13 May to 9 Jun 2024, Oscar’s in Conrad Centennial Singapore will be presenting its “Taste of Vietnam” buffet in collaboration with Hilton Da Nang. This buffet will feature an array of authentic Vietnamese dishes from both Northern and Southern regions of the country, offering diners with an unforgettable adventure through Vietnam.

The buffet runs from 6pm to 10pm daily and costs S$86++ per pax on Mondays and Tuesdays and S$98++ per pax from Wednesdays to Sundays.

Classic Vietnamese specialties to indulge in include Vietnamese Pho, made at the live noodle bar, and Bánh Mì, which is prepared à la minute.
