Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon

    miso paste


  • 1/3 cup

    mirin


  • 1/3 cup

    tamari/soy sauce


  • 1/3 cup

    maple syrup


  • 1/2 cup

    water

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together all of the ingredients along with 1/2 cup water.
  2. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer until the mixture’s reduced by 1/3. Remove from heat.
