- Habanero pepper, or red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons Secret Special 4 pepper blend, or your favorite
- Canola or vegetable oil, for frying
