We used mini Chips Ahoy cookies to decorate the top of the pie, though you could just as easily use crumbled full-size cookies.

snack pack mini Chips Ahoy cookies (optional)

  1. Mix Cool Whip and mini chocolate chips, and spread half into an Oreo pie crust.
  2. Add a layer of chocolate chip cookies, then cover with remaining Cool Whip-chocolate chip mixture. Garnish with Oreos and mini cookies.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to soften the cookies, then serve chilled.
