  1. Arrange a rack in center of oven; heat oven to 500 degrees F. Sprinkle 2 large baking sheets with cornmeal.
  2. Divide pizza dough in half. With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll each piece of dough into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Place each round on a prepared baking sheet. Spread dough with marinara sauce, up to 1/2 inch from the edges. Top with prosciutto, tomatoes, and goat cheese, dividing evenly. Sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Bake 1 pizza at a time, 10 to 12 minutes each, until crust is browned.
  4. Drizzle each pizza with chili oil and top with arugula.
