  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often to break up clumps. Reduce heat to low, stir in garlic and cover to keep warm.
  3. Add pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package directions, adding broccoli for the last 3 minutes cooking time. Remove and reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water, then drain pasta and pour into a serving bowl.
  4. Add sausage, reserved cooking water and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Toss to mix. Serve with remaining cheese.
