  1. Prepare grill for covered direct grilling on medium. On plate, rub pork tenderloin olive oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Place pork on hot grill; cover. Cook 15 to 18 minutes or until thermometer inserted into thickest part of pork registers 155 degrees F, turning occasionally. Transfer pork to cutting board; let rest 10 minutes.
