Barbecued Pork

Serves 4

  • 1/4cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4cup ketchup
  • 1/4cup grapefruit juice
  • 1tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 Vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 1pound pork loin, cut into 8 slices
  1. Cook sugar, ketchup, juice and ginger in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Set aside. Coat grill with cooking spray and heat on high. Sprinkle salt on pork. Grill pork about 15 minutes, turning once halfway through, until no longer pink in the center. Brush with barbecue sauce and serve immediately.
