Heat oven to 450F and coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Season 4 pieces skinless salmon fillet (about 1 pound in all) with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Put salmon, skinned side down, on pan and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare 8 ounces egg noodles per package directions. Drain and toss with the zest of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
