Ingredients
  • 1 medium apple
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 10 shredded wheat crackers
  • 1cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved (store-bought or made ahead of time)
  • 1/2 ounce cheddar, sliced
Directions
  1. Core and slice apple, then drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.

  2. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container or lunchbox.

  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
