This should be something served at those ritzy spas while you receive a manipedi. Simply blend and strain to catch the thick pulp and chunks of seed from the melon. —midnitechef

seedless watermelon, cubed or scooped out of the rind
1/2
English cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon
fresh ginger-
juice of one lime

Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth.
- Strain into a glass. Enjoy!
