Beet Juice Drinks

recipe image

This image courtesy of Joseph DeLeo

All of these drinks operate on the same concept: push a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables through a good juicer, stir, and serve. I’ve listed the amount of juice of each type that you need rather than the weight or quantity of each ingredient because every batch of fruits and veggies will yield different amounts of juice. Juicing is the only way I know to realistically consume this much produce, and that’s what makes these juices so darn healthy, As an added benefit, they’re also delicious.
